Request Event Publicity
Submit information to request publicity in the form of a news release to be posted on the USI website and sent to media. News releases will be written by University Communications staff for events that are open to the public. In order to ensure sufficient notice to media and the public, this form must be submitted at least two weeks in advance of the event date.
Submit a Story Idea
Submit a USI story that may be included in one of the University's online or printed publications, including the USI website, USI Today online employee newsletter, illume magazine or other printed publications such as the College newsletters and magazines. Stories also may be pitched to local, state or national media outlets.
Submit awards, publications, conferences, public lectures and other notable news for yourself or others. We will post information in the Faculty/Staff Achievements area of the University Communications website. We may also share on social media, submit to media outlets and/or write a story for one of our online or print publications.
