Students enrolled in the fall 2019 semester before August 1 and have a balance on their account, but not enrolled in a payment plan are now past due. Students enrolled in the fall 2019 semester after August 1 have a due date of September 25. Students with balances after the established due date will have a hold on their account that will restrict further registration or access to their official transcript.
The Bursar's Office is currently reviewing and processing refunds for those students who have credit balances. To expedite your refund, enroll in eRefunds through TouchNet today. Our office will confirm any updates made to your direct deposit account number. If you receive a call to verify your updated eRefund account, please be sure to confirm with our office. We will not email you to ask for any bank account information. If you receive an email that you feel is not safe, please report it to the Information Technology Office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
